Country Touch
In 1995, Richard and Leonie Uden moved to Marysville and established Country Touch, a mud brick building designed for a pottery studio and gallery in the main street. By 2003 the pottery kilns were removed and the retail space expanded, however this was destroyed on 7th February 2009 in the Black Saturday wildfires. On 1st July 2011 the new shop was officially opened, and now trades 7 days a week. In 2002 Richard attained accreditation as a commercial tour operator, and commenced a bus service, principally between Marysville and the Lake Mountain Alpine Resort snow fields.
